Welcome to my Celiac friendly kitchen!
We are a half and half family – two Celiac’s and two gluten eaters, however, I strictly maintain a kitchen without gluten cross-contamination.
As a family we strongly believe in wholesome eating, are mostly Vegetarian, often Vegan and our daughter and I are also dairy free. Through trial and error we have learnt that gut health has a direct connection to the brain.
In the Falling Leaf Studio kitchen all meals and treats are gluten free, have zero refined sugar and no or minimal dairy.
