Why GF & dairy free? Recently our daughter & myself were diagnosed Celiac, our daughter is also lactose intolerant.
I share our home with my husband, our teen boy, pre-teen girl, our little dog Coco, a python, a Blue Tongue lizzard & some fish. quite a menagerie! We always try to eat most dinner time meals together as a family. Sitting around our dining table encourages openness & discussion and is always centred around food.
I try to keep my recipes as nutritious & wholesome as possible, free from refined sugar & nasty fats. My recipe development is directed more towards Paleo & Vegan eating styles as that’s how we eat at home.

I truly believe you are what you eat.
We always buy all our fresh produce from our local farmers markets. That way we know exactly where our food comes from & how it is grown. No nasty chemicals or added antibiotics.
There is something so incredibly healing about sharing a homemade meal, filled with the freshest ingredients & made with love.
